TextAdmin

Your business texts back in seconds.

TextAdmin answers the texts customers send your business number. It works out what they need and where, confirms the address so a crew can actually be sent there, and hands you a scored lead.

The texts arrive while you are up a ladder

If you run the crew and answer the phone, the enquiries that pay for next month arrive at the worst possible moment.

The first reply wins the job

Someone texts three companies about the same tree. The one that answers gets the work, and it is rarely the one holding a chainsaw.

The same ten questions

Do you cover my area. What does it cost. When could you come. Are you insured. You have typed the answers a thousand times.

The address is in there somewhere

Four messages of back and forth, and the street is still scrolled off the top of a thread you have to reopen tomorrow morning.

What TextAdmin does about it

  1. It answers

A customer texts your business number. The assistant replies, says up front that it is automated, and answers what they asked — using your services, your service area, your pricing notes and your FAQs.

  2. It gets the address right

It asks for the service address, asks which town if they did not say, and reads the whole thing back before it finishes. A wrong city is visible while it can still be fixed.

  3. It hands you a lead

A scored enquiry with a name, a service and a pin on a map, ready when you next pick up your phone.

See a whole conversation, start to finish

Three things that make it usable on a real job

It answers only from your own information

Prices, timeframes and promises are the things a chatty assistant invents and a business has to honour. TextAdmin is built the other way round: if the answer is not in what you gave it, it says it will check with the team and flags the thread for you.

It insists on somewhere you can drive to

"Round the back of the school" is not an address, and mapping tools quietly turn it into a pin on the town hall. The assistant asks again, and if a street address never comes it hands you the conversation rather than closing a lead nobody can find.

It knows when to get out of the way

Emergencies, angry customers, anyone pushing for a firm price, and anyone asking for a human all go straight to you with a notification — and the customer is told someone is coming, not left in silence.

Everything it does

Your customers' enquiries are not our product

We do not sell them, share them for advertising, or use them to train AI models. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifier and no third-party tracking software anywhere in the app — and none on this website either.

Your leads live on your phone

Conversations are stored on the device behind Face ID, and backed up to your own private iCloud with the message text, names, numbers and addresses encrypted so Apple cannot read them either. You set how long they are kept, and you can erase everything in one tap.

The relay writes nothing down

The service that carries a text from the phone network to your handset holds it in memory and no longer. It never stores a message body, and it never calls an AI model.

Where the reply itself is composed depends on the build, and the app's Settings screen always tells you which mode is running and where it is pointed. The privacy policy sets out both modes, everyone who touches the data, and why.

Setting it up is our job, not yours

There is no configuration screen to get lost in. You fill in one form in the app — what you do, where you work, what you charge for, the questions you are sick of answering — and we take it from there: a phone number in your own area code, and an assistant that has read your website.

Until then the app opens as a fictional demo business with eight sample conversations, so you can see the threads, the map, the report and the lead scoring before you commit anything.

What we need from you

It only ever replies

TextAdmin cannot start a conversation. There is no outbound campaign, no list to upload, and no way to message someone who has not texted you first — texting your number is the consent. Every conversation's first reply says it is automated, and STOP is honoured immediately and permanently.

How consent works, and the terms you publish

Try it on your own business
